The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet

The Juice Ladys Turbo Diet

In this book, you’ll discover not only the principles behind juicing, but the recipes to help you serve up freshly made juices and delicious raw foods as part of a lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off for good. There are five main reasons why the Turbo Diet works so well:

  • It supplies an abundance of nutrients that satisfy the body. Cravings often diminish and vitality soars!
  • Live foods and juices detoxify the body. Toxins can actually cause us to gain weight. It’s true. And they can make it very difficult to lose weight.
  • Fresh veggie juice and raw foods alkalinize the body. Actually, the body stores acids in fat cells to protect delicate tissues and organs making it tough to get rid of this stuff. But listen up—the body will actually make fat to store acids when it runs out of storage space.
  • The Turbo Diet is energizing. Fatigue vanishes; and our work-outs get easier.
  • If you’re counting calories, this program is low in those little energy units, devoid of bad carbs, and high on life-giving nutrition.

The Juice Lady’s Turbo Diet serves up freshly made juices and delicious raw foods recipes as part of a lifestyle to lose weight and keep if off for good! This plan works so well because it feeds the body an abundance of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phytonutrients. You can use everything! The body doesn’t need to shuttle off harmful acids or toxic additives into fat cells. So voila! You’re losing weight while hardly trying.

The 2009 Report on Once-Refined Coconut Oil That Has Been Only Purchased and Deodorized: World Market Segmentation by City

The 2009 Report on Once-Refined Coconut Oil That Has Been Only Purchased and Deodorized: World Market Segmentation by City
This report was created for global strategic planners who cannot be content with traditional methods of segmenting world markets. With the advent of a “borderless world”, cities become a more important criteria in prioritizing markets, as opposed to regions, continents, or countries. This report covers the top 2000 cities in over 200 countries. It does so by reporting the estimated market size (in terms of latent demand) for each major city of the world. It then ranks these cities and reports them in terms of their size as a percent of the country where they are located, their geographic region (e.g. Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America, Latin America), and the total world market.

In performing various economic analyses for its clients, I have been occasionally asked to investigate the market potential for various products and services across cities. The purpose of the studies is to understand the density of demand within a country and the extent to which a city might be used as a point of distribution within its region. From an economic perspective, however, a city does not represent a population within rigid geographical boundaries. To an economist or strategic planner, a city represents an area of dominant influence over markets in adjacent areas. This influence varies from one industry to another, but also from one period of time to another.

In what follows, I summarize the economic potential for the world’s major cities for “once-refined coconut oil that has been only purchased and deodorized” for the year 2009. The goal of this report is to report my findings on the real economic potential, or what an economist calls the latent demand, represented by a city when defined as an area of dominant influence. The reader needs to realize that latent demand may or may not represent real sales.

The 2011-2016 World Outlook for Once-Refined Coconut Oil after Alkali or Caustic Wash but before Deodorizing or Use in End Products

The 2011-2016 World Outlook for Once-Refined Coconut Oil after Alkali or Caustic Wash but before Deodorizing or Use in End Products
This econometric study covers the world outlook for once-refined coconut oil after alkali or caustic wash but before deodorizing or use in end products across more than 200 countries. For each year reported, estimates are given for the latent demand, or potential industry earnings (P.I.E.), for the country in question (in millions of U.S. dollars), the percent share the country is of the region and of the globe. These comparative benchmarks allow the reader to quickly gauge a country vis-a-vis others. Using econometric models which project fundamental economic dynamics within each country and across countries, latent demand estimates are created. This report does not discuss the specific players in the market serving the latent demand, nor specific details at the product level. The study also does not consider short-term cyclicalities that might affect realized sales. The study, therefore, is strategic in nature, taking an aggregate and long-run view, irrespective of the players or products involved.

This study does not report actual sales data (which are simply unavailable, in a comparable or consistent manner in virtually all of the 230 countries of the world). This study gives, however, my estimates for the worldwide latent demand, or the P.I.E., for once-refined coconut oil after alkali or caustic wash but before deodorizing or use in end products. It also shows how the P.I.E. is divided across the world’s regional and national markets. For each country, I also show my estimates of how the P.I.E. grows over time (positive or negative growth). In order to make these estimates, a multi-stage methodology was employed that is often taught in courses on international strategic planning at graduate schools of business.

The 2009 World Market Forecasts for Imported Coconut Oil and Its Fractions

The 2009 World Market Forecasts for Imported Coconut Oil and Its Fractions
This report was created for strategic planners, international marketing executives and export managers whose primary concern is the world market for coconut oil and its fractions. With the globalization of this market, managers can no longer be contented with a local view. Nor can managers be contented with out-of-date statistics that appear several years after the fact. I have developed a methodology, based on macroeconomic and trade models, to estimate the market for coconut oil and its fractions for those firms serving the world via exports and foreign direct investment. It does so for the current year based on a variety of key historical indicators and econometric models.

In what follows, this report begins by summarizing the world exporter’s market for coconut oil and its fractions. The total level of exports on a worldwide basis is based on a model that aggregates across over 150 key country markets and projects these to the current year. From there, each country represents a percent of the world market. This market is served from a number of competitive countries of origin. Based on supply-side dynamics, market shares by country of origin are then calculated across each country market. These shares lead to a volume of import values for each country and are aggregated to regional and world totals. In doing so, we are able to obtain maximum likelihood estimates of both the value of each market and the shares that competitors (countries serving that market) are likely to receive this year. From these figures, world rankings are calculated to allow managers to prioritize markets. In this way, all the figures provided in this report are forecasts that can be combined with internal information for strategic planning purposes.

The Palm Oil Miracle

The Palm Oil Miracle
Palm oil has been used as both a food and a medicine for thousands of years. It was prized by the pharaohs of ancient Egypt as a sacrad food. In tropical Africa and Southeast Asia it is an integral part of a healthy diet just as olive oil is in the Mediterranean. Palm oil possesses excellent cooking properties. It is more heat stable than other vegetable oils and imparts in foods and baked goods superior taste, texture, and quality. Palm oil is one of the world’s healthiest oils. As a natural vegetable oil, it contains no trans fatty acids or cholesterol. It is currently being used by doctors and government agencies to treat specific illnesses and improve nutritional status. Recent medical studies have shown that palm oil, particularly virgin (red) palm oil, can protect against many common healthy problems.
